Deanna Bartlett is a Certified Yoga Teacher and Birth/Postpartum Doula specializing in trauma informed and eating disorder informed care. Deanna found her way to yoga through her own personal journey with her physical and mental health and discovered yoga to be the tender, nurturing and compassionate path to her healing that she needed. Deanna finds joy in holding space for people to discover their own sense of identity through collective conversations about body image, societal pressures, expectations and dismantling old beliefs - so they can feel safe and have a renewed sense of personal liberation. As a Doula, Yoga Teacher and active community member - Deanna hopes to infuse a sense of confidence, love and belonging into each and every person she crosses paths with.
Kate Kosharek-
Investigating mindful movement and inner healing is my life passion. Through self embodiment and constant study & play, I have gained tools to heal my own chronic pain and recover from injuries, surgeries and emotional trauma. This knowledge allows me to guide clients on their journey towards living pain free with greater mobility, balance and joy. My approach supports all bodies, whether it’s an athlete who wants to improve their performance/recovery, or someone who simply wants to get more out of life in the aging process. I see my clients reenergize stagnant areas in their life - all while stabilizing joints and integrating their core. Wellbeing lies in the curiosity and commitment to find balance in our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health. I am a guide in cultivating joy and healing through embodiment.

Specializing in group and private instruction, I am a fully certified Comprehensive Pilates Instructor through Balanced Body, a Level 5 MELT® Instructor, a certified Barre instructor and trained as a dancer since I was very young. After receiving my BFA in Dance from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2005, I moved to Jackson Hole, WY where I spent 15 years performing, teaching and directing the Pilates & Wellness program at Dancers’ Workshop. Currently I live in Fairfax, Vermont with my husband, two young boys and our dog. I’m pleased to be teaching at Synergy Center for Dance and Peace of Mind Pilates, in addition to my online offerings. I love exploring the outdoors, experiencing great food, listening/dancing to music and gathering with community.

MELT® Method is a simple self-care treatment that reduces chronic pain and improves your body's ability to restore balance and repair itself. Using a specialized soft foam roller and small balls, this neurofascial technique brings your body back to a more ideal state by directly enhancing body awareness, rehydrating connective tissue and quieting the nervous system. The combination of MELT® NeuroStrength & Hydration moves will rebalance common issues in the pelvic and shoulder girdle while improving joint range of motion, stability and muscular timing as well as improve sleep, digestion and vitality.
